Data collected
The site may collect data voluntarily entered in the contact form: first name, last name, company, role, email, phone, request type, indicative budget, urgency, preferred environment, and problem description.
Purpose
Data is used solely to respond to the request, assess project fit, and initiate any preliminary communication.
Legal basis
The legal basis is the user's consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
Retention
Data is retained for the time required to handle the request and any related obligations.
Rights
The user may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing by writing to the email address above.
Third-party services
If the site is published with hosting services, form backends, analytics, or anti-spam protections, such services must be listed in the final version of the policy.
Access logs and statistics
The web server records incoming requests for technical purposes (security, diagnostics, aggregate statistics). In access logs, the last octet of the visitor's IP address is masked (e.g. 93.45.67.89 becomes 93.45.67.0) before being written: it is therefore not possible to identify the individual user. Aggregate statistics (countries of origin, most-viewed pages, referrers) are generated locally by GoAccess, without sending data to third-party services. Logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted automatically.
